WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?

Rest assured that our driver will track your flight and will be there to pick you up regardless of any delays, at no extra charge. You do not need to worry about contacting us to inform us of any changes in your flight schedule. We understand that travel can be unpredictable, and we strive to make your experience as stress-free as possible. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your smooth and timely arrival to your destination.

CAN YOU BRING LUGGAGE?

Yes. We will ensure your mode on transport can accomodate the amount of luggage you have on hand. Please specify this in the Booking Request form

CAN YOU TAKE INFANTS?

We are happy to provide rear-facing baby seats for your convenience at no additional cost. To ensure that we have the appropriate seats available for your trip, please specify your request for baby seats in the Booking Request form. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your needs and provide a safe and comfortable ride for you and your little one.

CAN I EAT OR DRINK IN THE VEHICLE?

In accordance with Queensland Government regulations food and/or drink is NOT PERMITTED in the vehicle, except for bottled water.
